Educational Partners and Accreditation

CodeQuotient is not a University but an education service provider that collaborates with Indian and International universities, educational institutions, governmental authorities, NGOs, corporates, etc. (each referred to as an "Educational Partner") to offer Programs.

Admission to the degree/certificate programs provided by an Educational Partner is separate from the enrollment and participation in one or more Programs through CodeQuotient. It is important to understand that by using the Platform or participating in any Program, you are not automatically enrolled or registered with any Educational Partner, nor do you gain access to the resources or privileges of any Educational Partner beyond the scope of the Programs.

CodeQuotient may offer credentials or acknowledgments to participants who demonstrate satisfactory mastery of the Program material. The decision to award such credentials or acknowledgments will be at the sole discretion of CodeQuotient. Please note that not all Programs may offer credentials or acknowledgments, as this decision rests with CodeQuotient based on its discretion, and the format may vary from one Program to another.

Upon meeting the criteria and requirements set by CodeQuotient and its Educational Partners, you will be awarded a degree/certificate of successful completion for a Program. However, it is essential to acknowledge that the Program Certificate may not be affiliated with any Educational Partner, nor does it replace any courses taken with an Educational Partner or provide academic credit or certification from any Educational Partner.

It is important to understand that taking a Program through CodeQuotient does not entitle you to receive academic credit from CodeQuotient or any Educational Partner. If you wish to receive academic credit or certification from an Educational Partner for a Program taken through CodeQuotient, you must follow the specific policies and procedures of that Educational Partner. CodeQuotient does not have the authority or responsibility to award academic credit or certification for Programs provided by Educational Partners.

Furthermore, Programs affiliated with Educational Partners may be subject to the terms, policies, and procedures of the respective Educational Partner, in addition to CodeQuotient's Terms. If you are a student registered or enrolled at an Educational Partner and taking a Program for credit or certification through that Educational Partner, you must comply with the Educational Partner's requirements regarding your eligibility, participation, prerequisites, and educational records related to the Program. Additionally, your educational or student records are maintained by the Educational Partner, and CodeQuotient is not responsible for any award of academic credit or certification by the Educational Partner for the Program.

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by CodeQuotient, full payment for participation in a Program is required at the time of registration. In the case of Programs that include a trial window, such trial window shall be made available only after the full payment. During the trial window, upon a request by the Student, and to the satisfaction of CodeQuotient, CodeQuotient may choose to refund the Program Fees paid, subject to such charges as may be decided from time to time. Once the trial window has closed, there will be no refund allowed for any reason whatsoever.

It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a Program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Program elected. The enrollment into a Program is non-transferable.
