Despite a growing IT services industry, traditional education often fails to prepare students for the in-demand skills of the tech world. CodeQuotient is bridging this gap through Talent Development programs in partnership with 150+ companies. We source top talent from this untapped pool (underserved communities), train them at CodeQuotient School of Technology, and deploy them into our partner companies.

How it all started
Challenge
India’s IT sector is booming, but finding skilled software engineers remains a challenge. Despite a plethora of engineering colleges, many graduates lack the practical skills required to succeed in the tech world. The problem isn’t just about quantity; it’s about quality. While there’s an oversupply of computer science graduates, many are ill-prepared for the demands of the industry. Outdated curriculums, a lack of hands-on training, and unrealistic expectations contribute to this gap.
Our Journey towards a Solution
We started our journey of bridging the talent gap with our SuperCoders program, a 3-month initiative where we select, train, and deploy graduating students, from across India with our partners. Despite the success of the SuperCoders Program, we realized there was still a vast pool of underserved talent—students who couldn’t access mainstream engineering programs, especially from Tier II and III cities. This presented a significant opportunity. By providing these students with the right skills and training they need, we can bridge the gap between education and industry, unlocking a brighter future for individuals and India.
How Are We Solving This?
As a response to these challenges, we established CodeQuotient School of Technology (CQST) in 2022. Our vision was clear – provide a stronger, industry-aligned curriculum from the ground up, seamlessly integrated into regular education.

What Do We Do at CQST That Traditional Colleges Don’t
LEARNING METHODOLOGY
At CodeQuotient School of Technology, students learn software engineering by developing software on campus, aligned to the industry standards. This hands-on and industry-driven approach adds more value over the traditional theoretical approach, as it enables students to achieve more in less time.
COMPANIES ENGAGEMENT
Companies strategise their long-term hiring needs with us to build their talent pool by integrating their developer skills training in our curriculum. This helps the students gain relevant software development experience across a range of technologies
FEES SPONSORSHIPS
Our hiring partners sponsor tuition fees for deserving students who are not able to afford formal software engineering education.
INTERNSHIP
Internships are integrated into our programs to provide students with real-world exposure and graduate with up to 1.5 years of work experience.
