Introducing-Your-new-Employee-to-Clients

When a client’s essential point of contact or a key team member who is in straight contact with the client changes, it’s necessary to send a new employee introduction email to clients. It will help in clearing any gaps in communication between the two parties.

We can mention the new employee’s skills and qualifications and also share their contact details if they have any questions. Here’s a catchy draft which you can use for a new employee or someone you are working with in the company for a while but is new to the client.

Why do you need a new employee introductory email?

As a small business owner, you know that your client base is the most important asset to your company. They are the reason you’re in business and the first ones you should consider when it comes to new employees.

We tend to think of this type of information as unimportant to clients, but I don’t see why it couldn’t be very useful. When new employees come on board, they’re taking on big responsibilities. However, they could use some extra support from their colleagues. They have more work to do than usual, and there are probably a lot of new things they need to get used to.

A brief introduction email also allows clients to engage with an employee who will work with them more closely. Spending more time with someone is probably a good idea for everyone involved if you can get to know them better.

Moreover, when someone is brought on board, and the client base hasn’t previously had a chance to meet them. Also, the introduction email gives everyone time to settle before having to do any one-on-one meetings or presentations. The email can serve as both a warm welcome and an icebreaker ahead of time.

We hope you use this template and share with someone who needs this for sending new employee introduction email to clients.
