We created a strategic plan that works efficiently for Meritech. By using our proven recruitment method, we were able to fill about 40 open positions as per our client’s request. We pick, and service about 10% of students in colleges and start their training. Since Meritech needed skill sets, that was what we provided for our learners. Training them to build confidence and the ability to perfect their skillsets, which sets them apart from the rest. With 12 weeks of training and exploring challenges that have real-world approaches, our learners were ready.
