CodeQuotients-Year-In-Review-Why-You-Should-Hire-Our-SuperC

Have you thought about how the potential talent of IT engineering students goes to waste just because they were fed theoretical knowledge?

Have you ever wondered why there is a vast difference between educational qualifications and practical knowledge?

It’s just like seeing young plants wither away just because of a lack of appropriate conditions needed for them to grow and flourish. As a tech recruiter and leader, it must be frustrating to go through various resumes, only to pick who you think is suitable, and they turn out to be otherwise. Isn’t it?

This is where CodeQuotient makes your lives and work so much easier. We believe in “project-based learning”, where students showcase unique real-time projects using “LIVE profile”. This puts authority on the skill and expertise, thus making them stand front and centre from the rest of the pack.

CodeQuotient’s flagship SuperCoders program, which, by the way, is free, has 10K+ learners, dives deep into the Fundamentals of CS, and then starts Full Stack Training upon which the students build a Portfolio of Projects.

It’s 2022, and we wanted to reflect on the progress we made at CodeQuotient during 2021. It was by far the most significant year we’ve had at CodeQuotient, and we owe much of our growth and development to our students, colleges, and hiring partners. Thank you! And this is Code Quotient’s Year-in-Review!

Figures and Stats that Made Us Stand Out in 2021

By the way, 2021 was a whirlwind, and it was also a great year at CodeQuotients. Have a look how:

Students who applied and those selected for the SuperCoders program

Out of a whopping 8000+ students who applied to CodeQuotient this year, we selected and trained only 1200. We take pride in our strict qualification process, where only the most promising candidates with a considerable amount of coding knowledge are chosen for the training.

Colleges and companies that partnered with us

We onboarded 10 more recruiting partners who helped us give dream jobs to our students. Also, over 30 colleges have associated with us this year alone, along with our existing partner institutes.

Students who we directly placed

We’ve trained 1200 students through our partner universities via the CodeQuotient Academy. And of them, we successfully placed over 150 SuperCoders with our hiring partners.

Average salary package offered

The average package of the students hired through us was 7.2LPA while the highest package the students hired through us got was 9LPA. Some SuperCoders who independently landed their jobs even reported CTC of 19LPA.

Fun stat: “The average salary of a Software Developer placed through colleges in India is less than half of the average salary of the students placed by us.”

Our noteworthy hiring partners

Meritech Solutions and Ensemble Health Partners have been working with us since 2015, and they typically hire 12-15 and 15-20 students respectively from us every year, while Farmart has been hiring 2-5 students every year and have been working with us since 2016.

Numbers Don’t Lie!

If there is one undeniable thing, our SuperCoders don’t get their name from any specific educational qualifications. Rather, SuperCoders earn the title from their impeccable skills and expertise with a concrete foundation of fundamentals and the results as well as statistics to back them up.

We are constantly growing with 17K+ active learners and 10M+ submissions as a community.

One of the most important reasons why companies hire our students, and why you should too, is that we select only the best. Only 10% of the applicants are admitted after a rigorous selection process.

Our students work closely with our mentors for around 6 months, making excellent and informed recommendations.

How Are We Planning to Expand in 2022?

“Complacency is the last hurdle standing between any team and its potential greatness.” -Pat Riley

While our stats should be self-evident on how we have grown in the past year, 2022 has more in store for learners and companies alike.

We’re in the process of building CodeQuotient Academy. It’s the next big step in our journey of attaining our vision – enabling colleges to make students job-ready, right on Day 1.

CodeQuotient Academy will be stationed on the campuses of our partner colleges. Through CodeQuotient Academy, the SuperCoders program will be a part of the curriculum of our partner colleges.

Students will get the opportunity to attend classes, work closely with mentors right on their college campuses. Think of CodeQuotient Academy as an extension of a college education.

While these goals are going to help us push the envelope and further reduce the practical knowledge gap for students, we also plan on helping our learners get even higher packages and better placements.

More alumni engagement programs and more sessions from industry practitioners are in the works.

That brings us to….

Why Will 2022 be the Best Time to Onboard CodeQuotient?

The year 2022, in fact, January itself, will produce a milestone achievement in CodeQuotient’s history.

Why? You may ask. Simply put, our biggest batch of SuperCoders to date is the upcoming batch of learners that will graduate in April 2022.

And why should you care?

Because our stats for 2021 have been impeccable, which gives you, the learners, a sneak peek into the community you can be a part of. While recruiters and HRs can reap the benefits of hiring these upcoming SuperCoders helping your company make an impact.
