TCS NQT Exam: preparation tips

Some TCS NQT Exam preparation tips for you to follow are given below to achieve the dream job postings:

  • The first step before starting any exam preparation is to go through the detailed syllabus of the paper. In this way, candidates can get a fair idea of the exam’s demands and avoid wasting time on unnecessary areas. Therefore, go through the TCS integrated test pattern for NQT and the detailed syllabus.
  • The next step must be the in-depth analysis of the previous year’s papers. This helps connect the dots by establishing the link between the syllabus and questions. Hence, give a 6-7 months time frame to go through at least the previous year’s papers of 3-4 years.
  • Planning can give direction to a candidate’s preparation, and it helps in establishing consistency. Therefore, make a monthly and weekly planner for syllabus completion.
  • Keep the number of resources limited. Don’t try to do too much. Focus more on clarity of concepts.
  • Revise basic formulas and concepts of advanced coding and advanced reasoning ability before the exam date. Also, try to attend some mock tests before the actual national qualifier test.
  • Don’t forget that the next steps of the TCS NQT Exam are as crucial as the online test, so focus on building communication skills side by side.
  • Do research the company through and through. Go to their websites, read through their job application form, company requirements, future requirements, salary range about their leadership teams, and application process to know their company culture. You can check candidate profiles on LinkedIn for a better understanding.
